Bringing Blessings Through Planned Giving Harold Bringman

Inspired donors like Harold Bringman show how accepting life’s challenges and rewards and saying yes to every opportunity create a true spirit of community. Harold shared his story earlier this year at an Adventist Health Glendale Foundation What’s Up, Doc? event:
“It’s been a little over six years now since my diagnosis of clogged arteries and my subsequent, almost immediately scheduled, four-stent operation. I still remember the Adventist support team and the monitors around me. I did not have a heart attack, thanks to the watchful care of both my doctors. I enjoyed the overwhelming feeling of being wheeled out to a loved one waiting to pick you up outside the emergency entrance.
“Recently touring the hospital with Dr. Dalinger we learned first-hand what the needs and expansion plans are for the future due to the high demands in patient care. I was also able to see the areas where I had my operation, the equipment and support teams at a faith-based medical center providing care for all and those less fortunate in our society. The ongoing concerns about affordability of hospital care and growing burden of medical debt are real.
“There are then times in our lives when we must pause and reflect not only on what we have accomplished but what else we can do as individuals for our hospital in Glendale and for society.
“Every day in our lives is precious and I feel privileged to be able to share my story and our decision to support this very worthwhile and special Adventist Health Glendale Foundation, the doctors and staff.
Harold and Mira Bringman
“Both my wife and I decided to support this special Adventist Health Glendale Foundation not only with words but by doing. I am here today along with my wife, still under Dr. “Hugo” Dalinger’s care and am fortunate to be able to support.”
Harold and his wife, Mira, are showing their support with a tremendous Planned Giving gift to the hospital that has given them so many more sunsets to enjoy. With the help of a financial advisor, Planned Giving offers numerous opportunities for selflessly sharing the benefits of your life’s blessings to benefit the health and welfare of your community.
