Celebrating Strength and Healing

Jun 4, 2025

Adventist Health Glendale Foundation hosted a Cancer Survivorship Celebratory Luncheon made possible by The Savey Tufenkian Survivorship Fund and held in honor of Savey Tufenkian’s generosity, compassion and strength. At this wonderful gathering at the Wu Auditorium on May 29, attendees learned about the community survivorship services. Attendees heard and saw the impact the latest in therapies, classes and support offered to all who are a part of the survivorship community. Thoughtful remarks were shared by Adventist Health Glendale President Alice Issai; hematology oncologist Boris Bagdasarian, DO; and Director of Pharmacy, Cancer, and Radiation Oncology Romic M. Eskandarian, PharmD. Beautiful displays made by the Cancer Center Survivorship Art Class and its teacher, Ann Marie Smith, graced the gathering.
